A Minute In Relto

When I first saw the deserted Relto in 2003, I wasn't that excited about it. But now that the Age has grown through various Relto pages, it's one of my favorite Ages. Explore Relto and more for free in Myst Online: Uru Live (October 2007)

Uru: To D'ni Expansion Pack Promo

Watch the promo for "Uru: To D'ni"

To celebrate the release of the "To D'ni" Expansion Pack for Uru: Ages Beyond MYST, I created this short Mastercard parody for inclusion in the Top Ten countdown on the Myst Worlds web site. This promo was notably hard to create, since I had very limited assets from the game to use, and very little time to assemble the video. (March 2004)

KING TV

KING TV logo

KING TV, the Knowledge Information, and News Giant, is Collegiate Academy's student produced television station airing through closed circuit television on Channel 22 in the school. KING TV produces the morning news announcements each morning and films school activities. I was on staff for the first two years of KING TV's existence; I switched between jobs of anchor, technical director, graphics, VTR, and camera.

Morning News Announcements

Morning News Announcements

Our daily morning newscast keep students and teachers aware of the many events going on in the school. KING TV also featured regular interest segments, such as Sports, Weekend Preview, and special guests. (February 2003)

Channel 22 Switch: "22 Cards" Promo

Channel 22 Switch: "22 Cards" Promo

The anchors celebrate the switch to Channel 22 with a new card game. Laura already knows that her co-anchor is slightly crazy, but this proves it. This is one of three different spots used to advertise the event. Can we be sure that the Lion didn't win even one game? (September 2002)

Channel 22 Switch: "Moving Day" Promo

Channel 22 Switch: "Moving Day" Promo

The anchors are getting ready for the move to Channel 22. Most of it was improvised that morning. This is one of three different spots used to advertise the event. No harm was done to the Lion. (September 2002)

"The Coffee Mug"

"The Coffee Mug"

Each broadcast ends with this "bump shot." While usually a formal look at the anchors clearing up the desk, this particular report shows what really is in that coffee mug on the news desk. (October 2002)

Multimedia Presentations

Home of the Brave

Home of the Brave

For Home of the Brave, I assembled a multimedia presentation of slides of photographs and video that correlated with each musical piece. As the orchestra performed, I advanced the slides and video based on cues in the lyrics and music.

Light the Fire Within

Light the Fire Within

For Light the Fire Within, I assembled a multimedia presentation of slides of photographs and video that correlated with each musical piece.
