It takes Many years for seed to grow into a mighty apple tree. The Process is slow, long, and often frustrating. Thats Just the beginning! Then after you get apples to make cider you have to have the right ratio of ingredients to get the best taste. This to is trial and error. After many failures and successes, from one season to another; we keep moving forward until the whole process is refined. Until that one day we have great apple cider...and take a drink and go "Oh Boy that was yummy and well worth it!" What I love most about Cider other than drinking it, is the process of makingit.
