Cub Scout Day Camp
All this week I was a counselor at Cub Scout Day Camp. It was a fantastic week. I really enjoyed spending time with the kids, scaring them with my enthusasism, and keeping them (and me) busy with activity (boredom is the villian of summer). Set up on Monday was really rough in the heat and sun, but hard work like that is needed sometimes. I, along with Quebecian, tought a few knots (including the Human Knot game), respect for the American and Pennsylvania flags, how to fold the flags, and operated a compass course. It was a blast! If you were going to spend a week with fifty kids, what would you teach them?

Gotta say, pal, you show surprisingly few balls if that slightly risque Lehrer quote was so offensive to you that you had to scrub it. Ah well.

I received a comment from another visitor of the site asking to take the comment down. Because this site is targeted to an audience of all ages, I agreed. (Unfortunately I was unable to contact you about the deletion because you left no contact information with your post.)
