I went with my brother on a 18.6 mile bike hike along the long trail around the entire peninsula. We stopped at Perry Monument as well as the lighthouse exhibit for the first time. I’ve rode past it quite a few times, but never actually got a chance to read the kiosk. I would not want to be the keeper of a lighthouse.
There were a lot of mosquitoes at the park, and not too many scantily clad girls. The weather was perfect: warm but cloudy and breezy. The rain held off as well. On the way back, we stopped for fruit smoothies at Sarah’s. I was pleasantly surprised that my brother could travel the 18 miles with me.
Later today I watched part of The Hunt for Red October on TV with my dad, after eating dinner infront of the TV with mom and dad. Every once in awhile we have a very un-disfunctional day where our family might even be considered normal. That is quite fun.
It rained today, which is awesome. It might still be raining now. So, if I post this and the title tag actually works, I can go for walkies. Cheers.
